• The apartments will be available for occupancy starting October 1st for the beginning of 2024/25 academic year
• The rental period is 12 months
• A three-month rent deposit is necessary to secure the rental agreement. Deposits are returned at the end of the rental agreement and subject to no damage to the room and furniture.
