The Hood offers 237 new (constructed in 2020) and modern apartments in the middle of Leipzig city – here you can expect a HOME with everything that goes with it. From great furniture, high quality appliances to bicycle parking spaces, as well as study rooms.

The building is located on the corner of Kurt-Schumacher-Straße / Berliner Straße – directly in the city and with ideal transport connections.

Other information

• A graduated rent will be agreed. The minimum rental period is 12 months. In addition to operating and heating costs, the total rent already includes electricity and internet costs.
• A deposit ranging from €1260 to €1470 (3 months of “cold-rent”) is necessary to secure the rental agreement. Deposits are returned when the rental agreement is over, and the room & furniture have not been damaged.
