Last week, we had the pleasure to host on campus Dr Francesco Pisani, Director M&A at Deloitte in Frankfurt to run a workshop on M&A carve-out.
Lancaster University Leipzig and Lancaster University students were able to join the hybrid workshop and gain valuable insights on how a merger and acquisition process looks like at a company like Deloitte.
